Data stored on your device
Everything Tracker stores trackers, entries, notes, tags, settings, and health-related values in the app's local database on your device. Version 1 does not transmit this information to the developer or store it with the optional account. The account code does not read or upload the tracker database.
Optional account
You can use the tracker without an account. If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, we collect and store your Supabase user ID, email address, authentication provider, reservation timestamp, applicable policy versions, promotional-email preference, and basic profile metadata returned by the provider, such as a Google display name or avatar. An Apple user may choose a private relay address instead of their personal email address. We do not use provider profile metadata for promotional email.
We use this information to authenticate you, maintain the account-based reservation, provide account support and security, record your communication choice, and delete your account when requested. Supabase provides authentication and account storage. Google or Apple provides the sign-in option you select and may process authentication tokens, IP address, device/browser information, and other security metadata under its own privacy terms. These providers do not receive your tracker database from Everything Tracker. We select and configure service providers to protect account data consistently with this policy and applicable privacy requirements.
Promotional emails
Promotional-email consent is optional, separate from sign-in, and off by default. If you actively enable it, we may use your account email to send product news, launch updates, discounts, and promotional offers. We store the consent state and timestamps so we can honor and demonstrate your choice. You may withdraw consent at any time in Settings > Account or through the unsubscribe method in an email. Withdrawal does not affect your account, reservation, or tracker functionality. We will stop using the address for promotional email after withdrawal, subject to processing an already-sent message.
Website launch-update form
If you submit the launch-update form on everythingtrackerapp.com and actively select its consent checkbox, GameLeads Kft. stores the email address, signup source, consent timestamp, consent version, and privacy-policy version in Supabase. The information is used only to send product news, launch updates, discounts, and promotional offers. The legal basis is consent. The website form does not create an app account, reserve the early-user discount, or collect tracker records.
You may withdraw website email consent through the unsubscribe method in any email or by contacting the controller. The signup record is retained until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested, except where limited retention is legally required.
No advertising tracking, analytics, or sale
Version 1 contains no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell personal data. Account information is not used for targeted advertising.
Security
Account traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Authentication sessions are stored in operating-system protected storage on the device. Database access is restricted by authenticated row-level rules, and privileged account deletion runs only in a server function. No security measure is absolute, so contact support if you believe an account has been compromised.
Backup and export
The app excludes its Android data from cloud backup and device-to-device restore, and marks its iOS database directory as excluded from iCloud backup. If you manually export CSV or JSON files, they are sent only to the destination you choose. Everything Tracker does not receive or retain a copy. You are responsible for protecting exported files.
Permissions
Notifications are used only for reminders you configure. Optional biometric authentication is used only to unlock the app; the operating system handles biometric templates, and Everything Tracker does not receive them. File access is opened only when you choose to import or export data.
Deletion and retention
Use Settings > Reset Local Tracker Data to permanently delete the local tracker database and settings. Uninstalling also removes local app data. Use Settings > Account > Delete Account to delete the Supabase authentication record, early-user reservation, and email preference. Apple users are asked to reauthenticate so the Apple authorization can be revoked. Deleting the account does not delete local trackers, and resetting local tracker data does not delete the account.
Account information is retained until you delete the account or request deletion, except to the limited extent that retention is legally required. If you cannot access the app, use the account-deletion request method on the Everything Tracker support page. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.
About health tracking
Everything Tracker is for personal logging. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Forecasts are estimates, and correlations do not establish cause and effect.
Your choices and rights
You may access the account details shown in the app, withdraw promotional-email consent, sign out, or delete the account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. Email zoltan@gameleads.io to exercise a right that is not available in the app.
Future changes
If a future release adds tracker sync, subscriptions, analytics, or another online service, this policy and the store disclosures will be updated before the feature transmits a new category of data.
