Using Everything Tracker
You may use Everything Tracker as a personal tracking, journaling, and organization tool subject to these terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained it. You are responsible for lawful use of the app and for the content you enter or export.
Local data and backups
Version 1 does not provide tracker sync or server backup. You are responsible for keeping any export you need before resetting the app, uninstalling it, losing a device, or changing devices. We cannot recover tracker records because we do not receive them.
Optional account
An account is not required to use tracker features. Apple or Google sign-in may be used to reserve an early-user discount, manage promotional-email consent, and support account security. You are responsible for keeping access to the selected sign-in provider.
Early-user discount reservation
Creating an optional account records the account's eligibility for an early-user discount if paid Everything Tracker features are introduced later. There is no charge, subscription, or purchase in version 1.
The discount amount, eligible paid features, supported regions, redemption method, and redemption window will be announced before any purchase is offered. Promotional-email consent is not required to reserve or redeem the discount. Eligibility is tied to the account; deleting the account permanently deletes the reservation.
Not medical advice
Everything Tracker is not a medical device or emergency service. Its summaries, trends, goals, forecasts, and correlations may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not establish cause and effect. Do not rely on the app for diagnosis, treatment, or urgent safety decisions.
Availability and changes
We may fix, change, or discontinue features and may update these terms when the service changes. A future release that adds paid features or sync will provide the relevant details and updated terms before purchase or use.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Everything Tracker is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of residence. Any dispute will be handled by the competent court under applicable law.
